DIE DARJEELING LIMITED

After the death of their father, three brothers embark on a train journey together through India. The journey begins with the good intention of finding each other again and experiencing a spiritual renewal together. But Wes Anderson's THE DARJEELING LIMITED (2007) shows that resolutions alone are not enough. At first, the brothers, played by Owen Wilson, Adrien Brody and Jason Schwartzman, seem absorbed by their egos. Their resolutions begin to falter when old unspoken conflicts break out. But through unexpected experiences and an encounter with the spirituality of India, they slowly find their way back to each other.
