DEAD OF WINTER

On a frozen lake in northern Minnesota, Barb wants to fulfil her late husband’s last wish. But on the way, she accidentally discovers a kidnapped young woman whose life is in danger. Barb decides to save the woman – whatever the cost. Emma Thompson, wonderfully cast against type, shines as a reluctant action heroine in this thriller set in the snow-covered land of FARGO. Brian Kirk, renowned director of hit series such as GAME OF THRONES, DEXTER and PENNY DREADFUL, knows how to efficiently ratchet up the tension again and again.
