FARBEN IM SCHNEE – BELARUSISCHE FRAUEN IM WIDERSTAND

Belarus in December 2020. It has become quiet on the streets of Minsk, where just a few months ago thousands of demonstrators peacefully protested against the outcome of the presidential election. However, Lukashenko used all the force he could muster against the demonstrators and many of them are now still in prison. The film FARBEN IM SCHNEE gives a multi-layered insight into how the lives of eight Belarusian women have changed since last summer and why they do not lose heart. The women in particular have become the face of the revolution.
