Yuri is living in the social housing projects Gagarine south-east of Paris, which were named after the first man in space – just like himself. When the derelict early-60s high-rises are about to be demolished, the 16-year-old faces homelessness. Yuri escapes into a cosmic fantasy land: With his friends Diana and Houssam he tries to rescue his home that has transformed into his space ship. A quiet and intense movie which was selected for this year's Cannes Film Festival Official Selection.
