Berlin pimp Hotte tries to keep up with his competitors regarding shiny status symbols. But both his watch and his car are on loan, his finances are precarious and he loses one girl after the other. Until he has to decide if his last shred of morals may be worth more than money. Graf's thoroughly researches and gives a complex look into illegal milieus, where everyone else rather looks away or simplifies. His anti-hero Hotte is both principled and misguided, he is both scum and saviour and everything in between.
