Sarah is dreaming big, and she is about to make her dream come true: She was selected to spend one year aboard the international space station for a mission to explore Mars. Preparations are tough: She has to prove herself in a male dominated world and in spite of weightlessness training keep both feet on the ground. For her daughter’s sake, if for nothing else, who she will have to leave behind on earth. Eva Green is brilliant as an astronaut trying to balance her passion for space exploration and her role as a mother. It’s a realistic, moving view into a world that is usually dominated by technical utopias on-screen.
