Lobbyistin
In cooperation with Cologne Film and ZDFneo
When the young up-and-coming politician Eva Blumenthal (Rosalie Thomass) loses her parliament mandate because of an intrigue against her, she receives a tempting offer from a lobbying agency. So she switches sides and henceforth tries with any means necessary to influence politicians and draft laws. But then she finds out that her new boss Wolfgang Zielert (Bernhard Schir) was the one responsible for the intrigue against her, and she sets out to find out more about the people behind the conspiracy. But the further she ventures into the swamp in order to prove her own innocence, the further away she gets from her own morals. What was the real reason for the intrigue against her? Is she just a small cog in a much larger conspiracy that aims to undermine the German switch from fossil fuel to renewable energy?
