NRW stipends for artistic filmmaking

At the FILM FESTIVAL COLOGNE, the Filmbüro NW and DOXS RUHR present the winners of their coveted stipends for the development of artistic fiction and documentary films in a celebratory event sponsored by the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. Together with former stipend winners they present their current cinematic projects. Following the event, there will be a get-together in the Filmhaus foyer.
