From October 17-24, 2024, FILM FESTIVAL COLOGNE will once again present the latest global trends in the film industry, showcase outstanding works of audiovisual storytelling and bring the most important national and international filmmakers to Cologne. Throughout the year, we are present all over the city, surprise with our Sneak Peak and inspire with the big summer cinema in many Cologne locations.
We are looking for committed volunteers to strengthen our team during the festival.
As a volunteer, you will support us in the following areas:
- Supervision of the movie theatres
- Coordination of admissions to the cinema
- Press and guest list support
- Issuing accreditations and contact point for visitors' questions
- Ticket sales at the box office
- Support for receptions and festival guests
- Jury support
- Setting up and dismantling branding material
Employment period:
- during the big summer cinema and at the sneak peeks
- during the festival week from October 17-24, 2024
Your involvement during the festival:
- 5 working days of a maximum of 8.5 hours each with a 30-minute break
In addition to a look behind the scenes of an international film festival, you can expect:
- a team event in the run-up to the festival
- three days of festival attendance on the non-working days with an All Access accreditation
- festival merchandise
- a certificate of employment
- a closing party for all volunteers
