EUROPEAN WORK IN PROGRESS COLOGNE

European Work in Progress Cologne is an independent industry event mainly supported by the Film- und Medienstiftung NRW and organised in cooperation with AG Verleih. Excerpts of up to 30 European films in production will be presented with the aim to connect with distributors, sales agents, co-producers and other creative partners. A renowned international jury comprised of Triin Tramberg, programme coordinator and head of Creative Gate for Black Nights Festival, Leslie Chen, Senior Advisor of Blossoms Entertainment, Melanie Andernach, CEO and co-founder of MADE IN GERMANY Filmproduktion as well as Sebastian Lückel, head of acquisitions, coproductions and programming at ARD Degeto, will award in-kind prizes worth around 37.500 € including post-production services as well as international festival publicity. Award Sponsors are K13-Studios, LAVAlabs, ARRI Media and ZOOM Medienfabrik. The City Council of Cologne has also partnered with EWIP.
