Traumatised after returning from the Gulf War, Joe has two sides: On the one hand, he is a brutal killer who rescues women from human trafficking for money; on the other, he lovingly cares for his decrepit mother. When he is given the job of rescuing a senator's young daughter from the clutches of a sex ring, the situation escalates. For Joe, the boundaries of reality become increasingly blurred.
