A small-time crooner has to fend off a rather too enthusiastic female fan. A criminal recently released from prison takes revenge on his former accomplices – with his wheelchair-bound mother in tow. A young man tries to wake his girlfriend from her coma by doing good deeds, but falls in with the wrong crowd. The lives of these three men intertwine for a few hours in this idiosyncratic mixture of MISERY and LONE WOLF AND CUB. From who else but the master of Japan’s black-humoured, kinetic cinema, SABU (MONDAY).
