The Invaders

Ambitious four-hour mini series, sequel of the 60s science fiction classic of the same title. Nolan Wood (Scott Bakula from QUANTUM LEAP and MURPHY BROWN) is an ex-convict looking to build a normal life for himself. This simple goal becomes a distant dream when he makes the incredible discovery that creatures from outer space, disguising themselves in human form, have invade the Earth and are slowly taking over. Spurred by an alien expert David Vincent (Roy Thinnes from the original INVADERS), Wood embarks on a desperate race against time. But all his warnings fall on deaf ears. Director Paul Shapiro (AVALANCHE) and author James D. Parriot (HEART CONDITION) present the not at all salutary message: We are not alone!
