Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and North Rhine-Westphalia, with their 47 million inhabitants, form a common living and economic area in the heart of Europe. As every year, the FILM FESTIVAL COLOGNE will once again dedicate a special programme to the close and cooperative relations with the Benelux countries. This network meeting presents the most important cross-border co-productions of the region’s growing film and media industry.
