The working conditions in the film and television industry increasingly fail to meet the expectations of the employees: overtime, time pressure, physical strains, and precarious self-employment have become commonplace. At the same time, remote work and flexible employment models offer new opportunities for self-determined work. KölnBusiness Economic Development aims to discuss with industry representatives how to be perceived as an attractive employer in the future.
