HORRIBLE’S SING-ALONG BLOG Series | USA 2008 He has a PhD in Horribleness and his own video blog. Up-and-coming villain Dr. Horrible desperately wants to join the infamous Evil League of Evil. Alas, his arch nemesis, superhero Captain Hammer, spoils his every opportunity to prove his horribleness. Buffy creator Joss Whedon developed the series during the US writers' strike.

THE LINE Series | USA 2008 Josh and Duffy are two friends with one goal: to get hold of some tickets for the premiere of the latest science-fiction movie, "Future Space." Hence, they are overjoyed to see they are the first fans to form a line eleven days before the event. But others fans soon show up and try to snatch their places. A long and hard-fought battle ensues.

SEX AND ZAZIKI Series | Germany 2008 Annoyed by series like SEX AND THE CITY, Alex Perschel and Sascha Jenschewski developed their own web series, SEX AND ZAZIKI. Its stories are based on real life goings-on. Dialog and major plot lines are only roughly outlined, and improvisation spawns the comic moments that make the »first web series for men« so unique and endearing.

LOST ON STAGE Show | Germany 2008 German web exclusive stand-up comedy show, LOST ON STAGE, runs gigs by Germany’s most oddball and most hilarious stand-up comedians, as well as the country’s best newcomers! New clips from the Lost On Stage venue in Munich are uploaded every week. Featured comedians include e.g. Lars Hohlfeld, Ausbilder Schmidt, and Der Baerbel!

DR. ANKOS 365 Show | Germany 2008 Dr. Anko sums up key facts in a humorous and original way in his format, DR. ANKO’S 365. Brief, usually two-minute clips provide tongue-in-cheek expositions of interconnections between the issues of the day he has aptly identified, with a focus on one major concern among them. Topics covered include e.g. the completion of the Cologne Cathedral, the first Kamikaze raid, or the story of Al Capone.
