MONA & MARIE – EINE ETWAS ANDERE WEIHNACHTSGESCHICHTE

Two sisters, who have been quarreling for years and whose design for living could not be any more different – one being a Düsseldorf high-society fixture and trophy wife (Maren Kroymann), the other a late Hippie living on the North Sea coast and not giving a damn about conventions (Ulrike Kriener) –, both lose their partners during the same Christmas holidays. Now, although begrudgingly and turbulently – they have to realize that from now on they’re not only dependent upon each other, but also that a new beginning is only possible together.
