Forget About Nick

Is the ex of your ex your friend or your foe? That's the question Jade (Ingrid Bolsø Berdal) is confronted with when Maria (Katja Riemann) turns up on the doorstep of her New Yorker penthouse. Nick has just recently dumped Jade for a younger woman – just like he once dumped his ex-wife Maria for the younger Jade. Nick owns this luxury apartment that now both women have a claim to – and they somehow have to come to an arrangement. After HANNAH ARENDT and THE MISPLACED WORLD director Margarethe von Trotta once again shot in New York, this time for a wonderfully exhilarating and biting comedy of two women who discover that they might have more in common than they thought, after all.
