Probably the first film in history to be narrated by the ghost of a dead hippopotamus. Pepe the pachyderm is abducted from his African homeland to Colombia with four fellow hippos to live out his life in the private zoo of narco king Pablo Escobar. When the zoo is dissolved, the hippos come upon the nearby Río Magdalena river, where they reproduce magnificently – much to the dismay of the local fishermen.
