THE DIVE

Not only arthouse, but also international genre cinema has been produced by the Cologne company Augenschein Filmproduktion for several years. The breathless thriller THE DIVE is set in the depths of the sea and tells the story of two sisters who have an accident during a diving trip: One is stuck underwater, the other tries with increasing desperation to save her. A simple story from which director Maximilian Erlenwein (STEREO) and cinematographer Frank Griebe (BABYLON BERLIN) extract maximum suspense in 90 short minutes.
